Please read the attached e-mail from Mr Howell (click here). If he contacted the chair at the time, which is intimated, there had to be paperwork; after all, they are administrators. So if there is no paperwork and a denial of there being any need as the Regulator has no responsibility, then it leaves many unanswered questions, which I have tried to get answers to.

Could you clarify which part of “The Whistle Blower Act” (by which I assume you refer to the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998) you refer to so that I can answer your query?
